This program is an IP blocker that uses blacklists in PeerGuardian's format, smaller, simpler and faster than PeerGuardian. It needs the DDoSflt driver to run. Supported are all versions of DDoSflt, but versions prior to 1.09 filter only incoming traffic from blacklisted IPs and not the outgoing traffic to them. If you have an older version of DDoSflt installed, update to 1.09 or later.
If you are running a HeXHub you don't need this program - use the Blacklist plugin instead. If you want to use this program instead of blacklist, be sure that you run it before starting your hub (it will replace HeXHub's firewall bans with blacklisted IPs).
To install the program execute Blacklist.exe and click "Install DDoSflt driver" then exit. Filtering remains enabled after you exit the program until you restart your system. If you select the option to run at Windows startup, the program will start, load all blacklists then exit. To disable IP filtering you can uninstall DDoSflt if you don't have other applications that need it or you can set it to start manually then restart your system.
Installing / uninstalling this program don't require system restart.
This version supports only filtering the IP ranges found in blacklists. More features may be added later, on request.
